Pitcher Portion (Serves 5)

  • 7.5oz CH Vodka
  • 2.5oz CH-Dogma Amargo de Chile
  • 15oz Apple Cider
  • 8 Orange Wedge with a notch cut in it
  • 5 Tablespoon Fine Ground Graham Cracker
  • 7 Tablespoon Brown Sugar

Instructions:

  • Combine CH Vodka, CH-Dogma Amargo de Chile, 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar, and 3 orange wedges into a pitcher, stir until sugar is dissolved
  • Add half a pitcher of ice and Apple Cider
  • Rim each glass with the rest of the Brown Sugar and Graham Cracker mixture

Hack: If you have the time you can make it your own. Toast spices like cinnamon sticks, clove, grated nutmeg, use Green or Gala apples, add just enough water to cover the apples. Sweeten with brown sugar, maple syrup, or demerara- a less refined sugar that bartender use in darker drinks. Bring to a boil at first, and keep on a low heat (occasionally adding small amounts of water) until the apples are very soft. Add fresh ginger, lemon, or cardamom for pops of flavor. Patience is key. And if you want to change up the flavor without altering your cider, try mixing other spice blends like Chinese 5 spice or dark chili powder with your brown sugar rim mix.
