Aquavit Old Fashioned

Tools: Mixing Glass, stir stick, jigger
Glassware: Rocks glass
Garnish: Lemon Slice

Ingredients:

• 2 oz CH Aquavit
• ¼ oz Demerara Syrup
• 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Instructions:

• Combine CH Aquavit, demerara, and Angostura over ice in a mixing glass, stir
• Strain into rocks glass over ice
• Garnish with slice of lemon

• 6 Dashes Angostura Bitters
