Pitcher Portion (Serves 5)
- 10oz CH Vodka
- 7.5oz Cranberry Juice
- 3.75oz Honey
- 2 Lemons Cut into Wedges or Wheels
- 7.5oz Club Soda
Add Lemon, CH Vodka, and Honey to your Pitcher, stir until the honey dissolves

Hack: For an added depth of flavor, grill or sear your lemons. It only takes a few short turns over a hot grill to get some good caramelization; to sear them, keep them moving often in a pan on medium hit with a splash of water, until they are slightly brown and very aromatic, after taking them from the grill or pan place them in a small bowl so they can cool down before using them.
When you sear your lemons in a pan add half a tablespoon of cloves for an Autumnal flavor or coat them in a quarter ounce of rosewater before cooking in Summer. And if you want to venture out from the standard cranberry juice, try hibiscus tea or grapefruit juice.
